At JS Paradise Sport you can enjoy various spaces dedicated to wellbeing, relaxing body and mind and exercising whenever you need.
We offer three separate gyms where you can work out according to your needs and the type of training you are looking for. Each one is equipped with professional equipment. In addition, you will have the option to enjoy guided training sessions or to book personalised training sessions (additional cost).
Outdoor training
Enjoy outdoor training in the open-air gym, located in the hotel garden.
Take advantage of the opportunity to train while breathing fresh air and enjoying the sun in a spacious area with various outdoor machines (Vertical press, Unilateral lat machine, Shoulder press, Leg extension, Row and Hamstring) and a structure with multiple strength and calisthenics stations (Pull-ups, Dips, Step, Weighted bars, Suspension training…).

Located on the hotel’s main floor, next to the lobby and with plenty of natural light, JS Paradise Sport offers a cardio room with ventilation options, featuring 2 treadmills, AirBike, upright bike, 1 rowing machine & ski machine, as well as a free area with accessories for functional training and stretching.
Wellness
Relax body and mind in the outdoor jacuzzi at JS Paradise Sport and enjoy a pleasant moment eliminating toxins in our sauna or by indulging in a massage. Sauna and massage services are enjoyed privately by reservation and are available at an additional cost.
