The contract shall be deemed to be entered into with the company that ultimately provides the accommodation service.

I.-PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may not purchase and/or contract any of the hotel and/or tourist accommodation services on the website www.jshotels.com . To acquire and/or contract any of the services, you must be of legal age. We recommend that you read these General Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase, as their acceptance is a necessary and essential step for contracting. Prior to initiating the contracting procedure, the company/entity makes these General Terms and Conditions available to you so that they can be stored and reproduced. III. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of hotel and/or tourist accommodation services offered by the company on this website. They govern the contractual relationship established between the company and you at the moment you accept the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase/booking process. The characteristics of the services are described on the website. By contracting any service through www.jshotels.com , you accept these General Terms and Conditions and any applicable specific conditions. The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the time of booking. VAT is included in the price. All technical means required to access the website shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Once on the website, to proceed with the purchase you must follow all instructions provided, completing the required forms, which implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

IV. CONTRACTING PROCEDURE.

The contracting of services must be carried out by selecting the desired service via the website. Once selected, you must expressly accept the Terms and Conditions. From that moment, you become a customer/user. To contract services, you must provide personal/professional data. These will be stored and used exclusively to manage the booking and send related offers. Purchase procedure: 1.- Select the service and review details and price (VAT included). Before payment, you will be informed of all conditions, dates, and possible additional costs. 2.- Complete the form with required data (marked with an asterisk). You must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. 3.- Accepted payment methods: ● Visa ● MasterCard 4.- The website uses SSL encryption to ensure secure transactions. Payment validation is carried out with the issuing bank via secure authentication systems. If payment is declined, the booking will be automatically cancelled. 5.- Finally, you must confirm the booking.

V. CONTRACTED SERVICE. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Services are described as accurately as possible on the website. The legal guarantee under Article 114 TRLGDCU does not apply, as this is a service provision.

VI. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The company may modify prices at any time, but bookings will be charged at the price in force at the time of purchase. An invoice will be issued for each payment.

VII. OFFERS.

Offers are clearly indicated and remain valid until modified.

VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services (Art. 103 TRLGDCU). Some bookings may allow cancellation under specific conditions.

IX. CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES.

Consumer protection regulations do not apply to business customers.

XIII. LIABILITY.

The company is not liable for issues beyond its control or force majeure.

XIV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The company cannot guarantee that reviews are from actual customers.

XVI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
