The contract will be considered concluded with the company providing the final hotel accommodation service. <h2>I.-PRIOR INFORMATION BEFORE CONTRACTING.</h2> If you are under 18 years old, you cannot purchase and/or contract any hotel and/or tourist accommodation services from the website www.jshotels.com. To acquire and/or contract any hotel and/or tourist accommodation services from the website, you must be of legal age. We recommend reading these general terms and conditions prior to making the purchase, as your acceptance constitutes a necessary prerequisite for contracting. Before the contracting process begins, the company/entity provides these general terms for you to store and reproduce. You are informed that an electronic record of these general terms and conditions is made, which will be accessible to you at all times. All information provided during the contracting process will be stored by the company, and you, prior to contracting and during the purchase process, may access, save, and print these general terms and conditions for your reference. The procedures for contracting the hotel and/or tourist accommodation services offered are those described in these general terms, as well as the specific procedures indicated on the website during navigation, whereby you as a client/user acknowledge and accept such procedures as necessary to acquire and/or contract the services offered on the website. The contracting of our hotel and/or tourist accommodation services may be formalized by you in any of the languages available on the website. However, the language in which these general terms and conditions are formalized is Spanish. During the contracting procedure, the company provides technical means to identify and correct errors. Any modification or correction of the data you provide during navigation must be carried out according to the instructions on the website. This website shows confirmation windows for the data provided, which may prevent continuing with the purchase if the entered data is not in the correct format. Acquisition and/or contracting of any hotel and/or tourist accommodation services from the company through the website requires acceptance of all general terms and conditions and/or specific terms applicable to the contracted services. CHARRINO S.L. owns the domain and the website www.jshotels.com. <h2>III.OBJECT OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.</h2> These contracting conditions aim to regulate the sale conditions of hotel and/or tourist accommodation services offered by the company on this website. These conditions govern the contractual relationship generated between the company and you when you accept the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase and/or contracting process. The characteristics of the acquired and/or contracted hotel and/or tourist accommodation services are displayed on the website. Contracting any services offered through www.jshotels.com implies acceptance and adherence to these General Terms and Conditions and any specific terms applicable to each service. The prices applicable to the contracted services are those indicated on the website at the date of contracting and/or acquisition. VAT is included in the price. All technical means and requirements needed to access the website and the services offered shall be borne exclusively by the client/user. Once you access the website, to proceed with the acquisition and contracting of the different services, you must follow all instructions on the website, completing the required contracting conditions and forms for each service, which implies reading and accepting these General Terms and Conditions, as well as, if applicable, the specific terms. <h2>IV.CONTRACTING PROCEDURE.</h2> The contracting of hotel and/or tourist accommodation services must be done through the specific selection of the desired service using the selection instruments on the website. Once the request is selected and verified, you must expressly accept the contracting conditions as shown on the website. From the moment of acceptance, you acquire the status of client/user of the company/entity. We recommend reading these General Terms and Conditions more thoroughly and printing or saving them electronically. To contract any service, you must register your personal and/or professional data. In some cases, you will need to create a username and password to access restricted areas. Once your personal data is registered on our website or a service is contracted, your data is incorporated into our database and used exclusively to process the contracted service, for the selected period, and to send information or offers of similar services that may be of interest. You may modify your registration data at any time (address, phone number, email, etc.). <strong>Purchase/Contracting procedure:</strong> 1.- To initiate the contracting and/or acquisition of a service, follow the website instructions and select the service of interest. You can view and control the selected service by following the purchase/contracting instructions. During selection, the service characteristics, price, VAT inclusion, and contracting conditions including applicable costs are displayed. VAT is included in the price. After selecting the service, proceed with payment. Before confirming payment, the website will display the price of the services, whether VAT is included, contracting conditions including service dates, and any extra costs. You will also be informed about possible discounts. At this point, you can continue purchasing or proceed with payment/contracting. 2.- To complete contracting and payment, fill out the required form. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. After entering all required personal data, accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box. You must also expressly accept the processing of personal data for contracting the hotel services by checking the privacy and personal data processing box. You may also opt to receive newsletters and offers from the company/entity and confirm the billing address. 3.- Accepted payment methods: ● Visa ● MasterCard. 4.- For security, the website uses SSL encryption to protect confidential information and financial transactions. For Visa and MasterCard payments, CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) must be activated. Transactions require validation with the issuing bank via a code/PIN/signature for security. Card data remains confidential. 5.- Finally, confirm the contracting and/or acquisition of the selected services. <h2>V.CONTRACTED SERVICE. LEGAL WARRANTY</h2> The hotel and/or tourist accommodation services are offered with accurate descriptions. The legal warranty in Article 114 of the TRLGDCU does not apply to services provided via the website, as per exceptions in Art. 114.2 TRLGDCU. Title IV (Warranties and after-sales services) of the TRLGDCU applies regarding legal conformity warranty. <h2>VI.SERVICE PRICE AND AVAILABILITY.</h2> Prices of services are published on the website in euros. Prior to acceptance, prices, applicable costs, promotions, or discounts are clearly specified. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Services are invoiced according to the price at the time of contracting. Payments will generate an invoice in your name. Services are available until any modification, with one-week prior notice. <h2>VIII.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL</h2> The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracted hotel or tourist accommodation services, as per art. 103 L TRLGDCU. Some reservations allow cancellations, and conditions are shown in the reservation. Withdrawal can be exercised via: a) Phone 971851206; b) Mail to Ctra Alcudia Arta Nº1, 07458, Playa de Muro, Baleares, using the withdrawal form or email to ventas@jshotels.com. Personal data processing complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018. <h2>IX.COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, AND INQUIRIES.</h2> Consumers may contact customer service at ventas@jshotels.com or by phone 971851206 and in writing at CALLE ASUNCION Nº 14 07670 PORTO COLOM, BALEARES. Official complaint forms are available online. Complaints will be responded to within one month. <h2>X.COMPANIES OR PROFESSIONALS.</h2> If you contract as a company or professional, consumer laws do not apply except if you qualify as a consumer under Art. 3.1 TRLGDCU. Both parties submit to competent courts for disputes. <h2>XI.CONTRACT FORMATION.</h2> Contracts are formed when consent and legal requirements are met and are governed by Law 34/2002, Civil Code, Commercial Code, and other applicable regulations. Consumer contracts are considered concluded at your habitual residence; professional contracts at the company’s registered office. <h2>XII.MODIFICATION.</h2> The company may modify these terms for economic, commercial, regulatory, or extraordinary reasons. Prior contracted services are not affected. <h2>XIII.LIABILITY.</h2> The company is not liable for internet or electricity connectivity issues beyond its control, including force majeure (Art. 1105 Civil Code). Delivery times extend by the duration of the force majeure. If it lasts more than three months, either party may terminate. <h2>XIV.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION.</h2> CHARRINO S.L. owns www.jshotels.com. The trademark is registered. The website, including programming, design, logos, text, and graphics, is protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. <h2>XV.COMMERCIAL REVIEWS INFORMATION</h2> The company cannot guarantee that reviews on the website or social media were made by clients/users who contracted services. <h2>XVI.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.</h2> These terms are governed by Spanish law. Parties submit to competent courts. RECIPIENTS: Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law; processors and law enforcement may access data. RIGHTS: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability rights apply.
