Located in Bahia de Palma, next to the famous Playa de Palma (LINK TO SECTION), Can Pastilla is fully connected with the other tourist locations such as Las Maravillas and S'Arenal by a promenade approximately 11km long which also connects with Palma de Mallorca. Hotel JS Palma Stay (LINK TO HOTEL INFORMATION) is relatively close to the Palma de Mallorca airport, making the area one of the best connected on the island, as well as one of the most beautiful, with natural areas to discover, such as the parish of San Antonio de la Playa, built in 1927 and renovated in 1995, becoming an icon in the history of Can Pastilla.

Can Pastilla is a tourist and residential area with all necessary services. It is one of the most visited tourist locations of Palma de Mallorca, found 6km from the capital. Its beach is one of the longest of the island, with several establishments designed for both relaxation and practicing sports and activities.

History of Can Pastilla | JS Hotels Can Pastilla

Located in Bahía de Palma, the location of JS Palma Stay, Can Pastilla was one of the first resorts of the island, today retaining a special charm and unique history. It was one of the first areas to welcome foreign tourists. The neighbourhood of the current town of Can Pastilla began to form between 1920 and 1925. Bartomeu Riutort convinced the Ripoll brothers, owners of the Sa Torre Rodona estate, to assign a plot of land to the Catholic Church for the construction of a church.

This is not a coincidence, as Playa de Palma is one of the best areas of the whole island of Mallorca, just 4km from the centre of Palma and 2km from the airport, between the areas of S’Arenal and Can Pastilla, where everyone seeks and finds the sun, relaxation and fun.
