Beautiful beaches in Majorca

Located in the Northwest of the island of Majorca, in the very centre of the Bay of Alcudia, the biggest bay of the Balearics, with 17 kilometres of beach. Preserved areas of woods extend towards the east, with only two small villages and hardly any tourist development.

The name of Playa Muro comes from the fact that this piece of coast used to be the centre of small holiday houses for the summer, some of them used by priests (English translation for “capellans”) of the parish of Muro. Nowadays it is a small particular village with small houses and sandy streets.

Alcúdia, a town located on the northeast of Mallorca, is a splendid setting for nature lovers due to its 30 km-long coastline of varied landscape.

PORTOCOLOM, safe haven throughout time for seafarers plying the Mare Nostrum, is one of the best natural harbours in Mallorca. Only eleven kilometres from the town of Felanitx to which it belongs it is, nowadays, one of the most picturesque corners of the Island.
